The latest edition of UKCAA CAP 437, Edition 9, 2023, requires Meteorological Weather Interpretation Training for all HLO's.
Flight Safety has developed a 2-day Offshore Meteorological Weather Interpretation Training course that can be delivered either on-board a vessel, in-house.
We now also offer our customers this course in a manner that would better suit the logistical constraints of those working in the aviation industry and at the same time reduce the costs associated with organising onshore and offshore courses. This new self-paced online OMWIT course offers a practical and affordable way to gain the necessary certification required under CAP 437 Edition 9, 2023.
The certificate will be valid for two years and is specific to offshore operations.
The Offshore Meteorological Weather Interpretation Training course, developed to international standards, will enable participants to understand, interpret, document and report weather systems, as applicable to offshore helicopter operations.
